EleventhRoot Consulting Inc. is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal information.
Information We Collect
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you:
- Contact us through our website
- Book a discovery call
- Subscribe to communications or updates
- Complete one of our online quizzes, assessments or exercises and choose to send us your results
Depending on how you interact with us, this may include your name, email address, organization, role, and any details you choose to share. Where you complete one of our online exercises and choose to send us your results, we also receive the summary answers that exercise produces — for example, in our professional values exercise, the seven values you selected and the three you ranked highest.
What we do not receive. Our online exercises are built to keep your working answers with you rather than with us. Where an exercise includes written reflection questions, your answers to those stay in your own browser, on your own device — never sent to us, never stored on a server, never seen by anyone else. Completing an exercise, and seeing your results on screen, never requires you to give us your email address at all.
How We Use Information
Personal information is used solely to:
- Respond to inquiries
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls
- Communicate about potential or existing engagements
- Send you a summary of your results from an online exercise, where you have asked us to
- Send you leadership and career resources, where you have consented to receive them
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Service Providers and Where Your Information Is Stored
Our website uses trusted third-party tools — such as scheduling and form providers, including Jotform, which handles submissions from our online forms — to support communication and booking. These providers are only given access to the information necessary to perform their services and are expected to protect your data.
Some of these providers store and process information on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States. Information held outside Canada may be accessible to the courts, law enforcement and national security authorities of that country.
We do not share your personal information with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.
Data Protection
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Your Consent, and How to Withdraw It
Where we send you commercial email, we do so only with your express consent, given at the time you signed up. Consent to receive a one-time summary of your results and consent to receive ongoing updates are asked for separately, and you may give one without the other.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, by emailing marla@eleventhroot.com, or by writing to us at the address below. We action withdrawal requests promptly, and within ten business days at the latest. Withdrawing consent to marketing email does not affect our ability to reply to something you have asked us about.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
